FreeHookup's Total Rewards are comprised of benefits, base pay, discretionary short-term variable pay (bonuses) and equity. These components are regularly reviewed and adjusted as needed to ensure we are able to attract, retain, motivate and reward employees to achieve both their individual and the company's business objectives.
FreeHookup intends to provide a level of direct compensation that enables us to deliver total compensation to top performers who consistently exceed in delivering superior results.
FreeHookup's goal is to attract and retain the level of talent necessary to fuel the company’s success. Base salaries are set to be commensurate with experience, performance and role. We regularly review our base compensation to ensure that we remain competitive in our marketplace and are, on average, rewarding top performers with above-market pay.
Discretionary Variable Pay is a component in supporting our performance-based culture. We offer discretionary annual and spot bonus opportunities contingent upon performance and Company financial metrics, as well as offering other rewards and recognition programs.
FreeHookup believes that equity awards provide a strong alignment between employee and shareholder interest. Our goal is to provide above market equity opportunities in order to ensure maximum motivation consistent with the need to control equity expense and dilution.
We make use of a variety of equity-based programs authorized by our board of directors. All FreeHookup employees are eligible to participate in our equity programs. We offer additional equity ownership opportunities for specific positions.
