2011 Get a Date Terms and Conditions

Description. Those persons who are referred to FreeHookup after July 30, 2011 and commence their employment on or prior to September 30, 2011 as an engineer filling one of the positions shown here (the 'Eligible Employees') will have a chance to receive an expenses paid dinner date with either the lead actress from FreeHookup's recent "Office Romance' TV commercial or the lead actor from FreeHookup's recent "Athlete" TV commercial (or such other persons as FreeHookup may determine in its sole discretion) (the "Date"). FreeHookup will select one (1) person (the "Recipient") from all Eligible Employees to receive the Date.

Timing. The Date is expected to occur in November 2011 in the Los Angeles, California area. The time and location of the Date may be modified by FreeHookup in its sole discretion and the Recipient must make himself or herself available at such time and location. The Recipient must remain an employee of FreeHookup in good performance standing at the time of the Date or shall otherwise forfeit the award.

Expenses. FreeHookup, Inc. shall pay or reimburse the Recipient for reasonable and applicable lodging (not to exceed two nights) and economy transportation costs incurred in connection with the Date and shall pay for a reasonable dinner for two persons at a restaurant selected by FreeHookup, Inc. All such arrangements must be made through FreeHookup, Inc. or pre-approved in writing.

Tax. The Recipient must submit to FreeHookup, Inc. his or her tax identification number. Liability for federal, state, local, foreign or other taxes imposed upon the Date is the responsibility of the Recipient; provided that FreeHookup, Inc. shall gross up the value, as reasonably determined by FreeHookup, Inc., of the Date based on the supplemental rate for federal and state tax withholding.

Conditions. By participating, each Eligible Employee grants to FreeHookup, Inc. the worldwide right to publish, broadcast and use in any media, including the internet, the Eligible Employee's entry, name, picture, and likeness, without limitation, for promotional and advertising purposes without additional compensation. The Recipient may be required, in the sole discretion of FreeHookup, Inc., to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility and a liability release within seven (7) days of the issuance of such documents or the award may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate recipient. The Date is non-transferable. FreeHookup, Inc. reserves the right to substitute the cash value of the Date, at its sole discretion.

Liability. By participating, you accept all risk and consequences of participation in this offer, and agree to release and hold FreeHookup, Inc., and its officers, directors, affiliates, employees, contractors, subsidiaries, agents and partners harmless from any and all consequences, liability, losses, damages (including without limitation, consequential, punitive, incidental, special or increased damages and those related to personal injury, death or damage to property) and costs and expenses, of any kind, under any legal theory, arising from or related to this offer, including but not limited to your participation in this offer, the acceptance and/or use (or misuse) of the Date, and any claims based upon rights of publicity and invasion of privacy. Should a participant engage in fraud or misconduct of any nature, such participant shall be subject to immediate disqualification. FreeHookup, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, punitive, consequential, liquidated or incidental damages, whether or not foreseeable, including but not limited to negligence, breach of contract, tort, third party claims or otherwise. Participant's sole damages shall be limited to participant's actual out of pocket expenses, excluding attorneys' fees.

General. Participants must be at least 18 years old. FreeHookup, Inc. reserves the right to change without notice the Terms and Conditions of this campaign or to modify or end this campaign at any time without notice. The campaign is governed by, and will be construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of California (without regard to principles of conflicts of laws), and the forum and venue for any dispute shall be in San Francisco, California.

Terms and Conditions

July 2011 Referral Program

Description. FreeHookup will pay a referral award of $10,000, less any applicable taxes or withholdings, to an individual whose referral is hired and commences full-time employment with FreeHookup on or before September 30, 2011 for any full-time engineering position as may be listed here from time to time by applying at here and who remains in that position for three continuous months in good performance standing (individuals submitting their own resume shall be considered their own referral for purposes of the referral award). The referral must be made after July 31, 2011.

Eligibility. Only those referrals submitted through this page shall be eligible. Individuals who have previously submitted a resume to FreeHookup, Inc. or contacted FreeHookup, Inc. regarding an employment position, either directly or through a recruiter, shall not be eligible. In the event the same candidate is referred by more than one individual, the person who submitted the referral first will receive credit for the referral (subject to compliance with the representations and warranties of the referring party below). FreeHookup, Inc. reserves the right to determine the timing of the submission and the identity of the submitter in its sole discretion. You must be an individual to be eligible for the referral award. Professional recruiters, institutions, organizations, businesses and other entities are not eligible. Additionally, employees of FreeHookup, Inc. and their respective family members are not eligible. Limit five (5) referrals per individual. By submitting information relating to a candidate, the referring party represents and warrants that he or she has the necessary rights and authority to submit such information to FreeHookup, Inc. on behalf of the potential candidate.
